Good morning,
The DOJ is not backing down. The Department of Justice defends the sale or ban of TikTok, citing national security concerns.
While the app has argued that the lawsuit violates the First Amendment rights of 170 million U.S. users, the DOJ responded that those users were ‘free to turn to other social media sites’.

⭐ How Stüssy Curbs Online Expenses With These Shopify Apps
Founded in the 1980s, Stüssy is now enjoying a resurgence with Gen Z that favors the brand for creating quality pieces they want to wear and doing buzz-worthy collabs that get them excited to purchase.
This popular urban streetwear brand is known for blending surfwear, skate culture, and hip-hop to create a unique and distinct aesthetic. 🏄
On average, their ecommerce site brings in a whopping $6.3 million per month.
Sales aside, they also do an excellent job of curbing expenses by taking advantage of these Shopify apps.
Here’s how they did it 👇
1️⃣ Address Validator Plus: Stüssy installed this validation app to reduce the number of failed deliveries and returned packages due to missing or incorrect information (e.g., invalid zip code or wrong house number).
It will also send emails to customers to verify their shipping address if needed.
Lowering the number of failed deliveries saves Stüssy money and increases customer satisfaction in the long run.
2️⃣ Signifyd: To prevent fraudulent orders, this app’s Complete Chargeback Protection analyzes orders at checkout and can check orders against fraud.
This helps shift the liability for chargeback losses away from the merchant.
3️⃣ Loop Returns and Exchanges: Process returns efficiently with this automated returns management tool.
This app does a great job driving revenue and making returns a valuable customer interaction.
Customers who wish to make a return can choose to ‘Shop Later’ and convert the money they received from a return into a store credit.
