👇 Pilothouse Worked With 200+ DTC brands. This is What Separates the Ones That Scale from the Ones That Spin.
You're running MORE tests, launching MORE channels, optimizing EVERY lever you can find… yet, performance is still flat.
That’s because you’re stuck in the tactical spin cycle. 🌀
It's not a tactics problem, it's a strategy problem.
Most $5M+ brands are stuck because they're trying to solve a strategic gap with tactical fixes. 👈 Pilothouse built this playbook to show you exactly what's broken and how to fix it.

🛠️ Meta Rolls Out AI-Enhanced Pixel Upgrades and One-Click Conversions API
Meta just dropped two major updates to the pixel and conversions API (CAPI) setup that will make it easier for less tech-savvy advertisers to get more out of their ad accounts.
If you’ve seen flags in Events Manager for Low Event Match Quality or missing product data in your ads, you might be in luck.
Our Meta team shared these core updates:
1️⃣ AI-Enhanced pixel upgrade
Meta’s Pixel is being revamped with more AI. It can now automatically scrape and read your website to pull product names, availability, and business details without you having to manually code those parameters into your events.
What this means: It removes the need for additional technical know-how for brands, making it easier for small brands to start scaling on Meta.
By giving Meta more granular product context automatically, the AI can better match your specific items to the right buyers, improving efficiencies in your ad account.
❗ Keep an eye on your email. There’s a 30-day window to review this feature in Events Manager before it’s automatically enabled.

2️⃣ One click conversions API (CAPI)
Meta is launching a Meta-enabled CAPI setup. It’s a native, one-click solution that requires zero technical expertise, no server configuration, and no extra monthly costs.
Brands using CAPI see an average 17.8% lower cost per result. This update removes the technical execution that has prevented leaner teams from completing the CAPI setup.
If you don't already have a robust CAPI setup, go to Events Manager and enable the feature once it’s available to you.
It’s the fastest way to instantly improve your data match quality and lower your cost per acquisition.
The takeaway?
Essentially, Meta is taking away the need for additional developer work by improving connectivity for event tracking and setup.
If you’ve been procrastinating on your technical setup, you’ll definitely want to head over to Events Manager, check if the new updates are available to you, and give the new settings a try.

How Lexington Bakes Cut CAC From $180 to $25 With a Better First-Order Offer
Lex Evan built Lexington Bakes after years of baking for friends who kept telling him the same thing: they didn’t usually like sweets, but they loved his desserts.
That turned into a bootstrapped brand built on better ingredients, frozen and refrigerated distribution, and a refusal to follow the usual packaged dessert playbook.
In this episode, Lex breaks down:
