đĄ How Amazonâs New Reality Show Reels In Prime Member Sales
In Amazonâs latest attempt to marry content with commerce, it launched a đŚ Tank-esque competition show hosted by JB Smoove.
Entrepreneurs can pitch their products to judges in 90 seconds, including a panel of Amazon executives, Goop Founder Gwyneth Paltrow, and celebrity judges.

How does this work?
The contestants will be judged by âThe 100,' which Amazon refers to as an audience of potential customers. If their product is victorious, their invention will be sold in a special section on the ecommerce platform called âBuy It Now.â
One presenter in each episode will also get the opportunity to go home with $20K and have their product showcased in Amazonâs Buy It Now store.
Viewers can access the online store through a scannable QR code in each episode or by searching âBuy It Nowâ on Amazon.com and the Prime app.
In the first episode, entrepreneur and medical professional Felicia Jackson wowed judges with her life-saving product, CPR Wrap.
Amazon hopes this reality series will encourage customers, especially younger audiences, to shop immediately.
